If the guest communicates the cancellation within the 20 days prior to arrival, will be refunded the deposit paid.
If the guest communicates the cancellation between 20 and zero days, we will keep the entire sum paid as deposit.
If no communication or no-show the penalty will be of the 100%.
In case of early departure for any reason, must be paid the full stay.

Booking confirmation – Will require confirmation with credit card (VISA, MasterCard) guarantee or on-line payment of the first night. Booking cancellation – In case of no show reviews or cancellation of the reservation, will be charged the full cost of the first night.
For stays longer three days
Booking confirmation – Upon booking we require a deposit of a 30% of the total amount reported by management. For stays of a week, the deposit must be equal to three nights.
